      1. Growth Opportunities: As a startup, there's a lot of room for growth. If you're proactive, you can take on a lot of responsibility and see the direct impact. And the team is still small enough that you get to work closely with all levels of seniority. 2. Collaborative Team: People are always willing to help each other out. Communication style is very direct and transparent.

      Cons

      External dependencies: a lot of the growth is dependent on the growth of the crypto market. You need to be bought into the idea that this market will change the game. 2.
