Pros

Documentation and SOPs galore, you'll always have a breadcrumb to follow when you're stuck on a task. Strong attention to development and knowledge gain.

Cons

Too many managers in the kitchen, constantly changing the goal post in terms of expectations. Slack channels littered with previous employee's posts who are no longer there, attrition is rampant. Documentation is so good it's bad in terms of outdated material, edits yet to be made, misunderstandings between departments etc.

Pros

Most advanced product Solid leadership at C-suite, senior and middle management, and top tier talent all around Lots of growth

Cons

Hyper-growth pains - need to adapt quickly Demand to innovate and solve problems frequently (Honestly I enjoy these, but I have friends that I know these are pains for them - but overall, learned a lot by being in this role)
