      Pros

      Great company culture with highly motivated team members. The company is fast moving so there is always an opportunity to stand out with show your talents to advance your career. The teams I have worked with are truly passionate about what we do, and the mission to help people always seems at the forefront. My direct leaders have always had my best interest in mind sometimes even to their own detriment. There are some really exciting things on the horizon.

      Cons

      The company talks a lot about caring for their team members, which they do when extreme circumstances arise, but their health insurance is way too expensive for a family. They made great strides this last year to cover more, but the premiums are still outrageous.

      Pros

      Dave restructured the company in 2012 which began to drive a lot of change. It's fascinating to watch the company go through major transformation in leadership and the way it operates. Adding 100 new people in 2015, company size has grown about 25% breaking the 500 mark. New projects and investments are presenting lots of growth opportunities and positions for the team. Leadership has focused on technology this year resulting in a technology restructure and a lot of new investment. Digital has been a big investment area in the past, but this year it is ratcheting up to a new level. Work Life balance is a key part of the culture. There will always be seasons of heavy loads, but the general rule is to work 40 hours a week. There's a reason Ramsey Solutions is listed annually as one of Nashville's Best Places to work...it is. The people are awesome. The culture is awesome. Everyone works hard to do their best...no slackers.

      Cons

      When I think about other places I've worked, the cons I experience here aren't worth listing. Expectations for performance are extremely high. It can be overwhelming for some people to keep up with the high expectations and fast paced environment.

      Pros

      Great environment, weekly staff meetings and devos are always awesome. The culture is incredible and definitely a great and fun place to work. Really cool seeing Debt Free Screams in person, it really is "work that matters".

      Cons

      I would of gave 5 stars but health coverage costs are a joke. The only major con is health coverage. If you are a sole income provider, and not a senior level leader, you cannot afford the family plan and would need to sign up for health care on the marketplace. If you are being offered a position, negotiate for more money to offset health costs, I wish I would of done that I but got too excited that a position was offered and just jumped the gun.
