For the most part, it's a great group of people to work with. Millennials that actually show up and work. The older generations lead by example and in teams.

Cons

"A great place to work but you won't get rich here." This is a phrase that you hear from current and former employees.

Pros

Company-wide lunches, camaraderie, team activities, positive working environment, no-gossip policy, maternity leave policy, vacation time. I've worked in several places during my career, and this is the most positive environment I've experienced.

Cons

I really don't have downsides to share. I enjoyed my time here thoroughly and left to become a full-time mom. If I could have changed just a couple of things, it would have been the ability to work from home one or two days a week to reduce my 40+ minute commute, and I would have added the capability to work on a part-time basis.

Pros

Free food. Doing work that matters. Great staff. Passionate Leaders. Very laid back dress code. Learning to be financially responsible.

Cons

No parking. Very Christian organization, but you should already know that and be okay with it if you're thinking of working there anyway. Salaries and benefits aren't that great.
