There is an issue with leadership. When covid hit, everyone had a taste of that work-from-home life and I think it led a lot of folks out the door. Ramsey, right now, won't offer WFH or hybrid...so don't get your hopes up. Because of this a lot of the fantastic leaders or GOOD people leave to be with their families. When they leave, they typically bump someone from within and it, unfortunately, goes to someone who is not a good leader or a good person. This creates a lot of friction from within.
They also have an issue with product positioning. It's a back and forth on which product they should pour more attention into and then upper leadership will pivot randomly to focus on something else...so months of work towards one goal is now wasted and you have to start from scratch on this new idea. Then...when this new idea is scrapped, they want you to got
Ramsey is a family first mentality and although WFH does seem family first, it's just not something they want to offer yet. When I say they ARE family first, I mean if you need to run home because your kid is sick from school...no questions asked. If you need to take 3 months off because you broke your back...don't sweat it you'll be paid full time while you're out. If your baby is in the NICU and you can't make it to work..."What are you doing? Just go be with your baby! We've got this covered!", if your parent is sick or struggling with their health...go be with them. They ARE very much family focused and they are so loving if something is going on. I experienced this personally and it was and still has been a huge gift.
I left because I longed to be home with my kids. Had they offered hybrid or wfh, I would have been there forever!
