I've recently been reading a lot about Scientology and other cults. I am surprised the similarities between a cult's atmosphere and Ramsey Solutions. Everyone is held to a very strict "gossip policy" which is basically described as not saying anything negative to someone who can't fix the issue. This has bred a culture lacking honesty and integrity. Many people never say negative or critical things to anyone ever. If you do, they will quickly turn you into management. You're instructed to only talk about such things to your leader, but even then they will turn it around on you and try to explain why you're actually the problem. Expressing your displeasure can even lead to you being fired.
