Leadership is always crystal clear with their feedback on how you can get better. Take it and implement it and you will become better professionally. This team runs hard (especially ELP/SmartVestor), and if you don't care or not committed to growth then you won't be here long

Cons

The parking situation could be a little better. However, we're moving to a new building

There are some talented and genuine people here.

Cons

There are alot of fake people, especially in leadership. People pretend to care so much about you when you work there, but the second you leave you're treated like a leper, because people fear losing their jobs by talking to you. It's not what it use to be. It has turned very corporate. Creative leadership is especially toxic. If you want to move up, don't work here. They hire from outside and rarely hire people that have been there for years into leadership.
