no cons on my part

New to this type of project and no one knows their role. Had to renegotiate terrible misunderstood contracts with clients. No I.T. or HR department and bosses only care about num bers and due dates so if you have any sort of problem with somebody or some program that’s delaying you from doing your job, well you’re screwed. If Your work is barely late you can be fired without warning. The criteria is so flimsy and volatile that really if your manager doesn’t like the color of your shirt you can easily just be fired and they could make something up later.
