many Dutch managers all over the world. Salary levels lower than main competitors.

Pros

A global business with a good reputation in the market place in some areas but not in others. Opportunities exist.

Cons

The shared service centre based in Luton is treated awfully. There is no doubt that there is a bullying mentality from operational aspects towards Luton. Swearing at staff, rude Emails to Luton staff and is this addressed no it is not. The reaction is a huge degree of infighting. What makes matters worse is that the infighting then carries over to within Luton itself. HR appear to be very little help also seeming to side with operational (sales) sides as that is where the strength lies. Dreadful atmosphere and unlikely to change for the foreseeable future.
