      Pros

      The freedom to challenge existing ways of working, and put forward innovative ideas, both internally, and with the client. The fast-paced working environment - not many quiet days here. A fantastic flexible benefits package, with a good variety of options including share scheme, pension, life assurance, health care, plus many more

      Cons

      The fast pace, and high levels of commitment to customers can mean long days and high mileage to ensure all targets are met.

      Pros

      Very transparent progression structure and great induction course and training days for all levels of experience. Mark Bull is really involved in improving Randstad. He makes sure he is visible in the company and on most occasions you get to meet with him within the first month of joining. He is always happy to have a chat with you and provide advice on how to become a successful recruiter

      Cons

      You get a trainer assigned to you for desk coaching once a month which is great to help you develop however its pot luck whether you get a really good one or a substandard one. Not as many incentives as other recruitment agencies i.e weekend away etc

      Thanks for your review! We've recently increased the number of Sales Trainers we have, and they have been going through a development programme to give them a qualification in coaching to ensure there are no 'substandard' ones.. However, please feel free to get in touch to let me know if you feel there is a trainer that needs more development :)
