      I've been working at Randstad for almost 2 years now. Every day brings new challenges and experiences - all of which I learn from. The teams I work in and with are exceptional and there is a fantastic work environment at every branch or division I visit. A great place to work.

      With the changes in recruitment, the challenges are always quick to land at one's desk. it's a difficult industry to work in

      Pros

      - The people, amazing people really make it fun to work at Randstad - Excellent training opportunities, loads of training set up by L&D - Excellent management - there is no 'I'm better than you'. The managers and directors are easy to contact and talk to. They're always willing to help and encourage

      Cons

      - a lot of red tape. As with any large business some things can take a while to do due!
