Training is available for all employees, from trainees through to managers, allowing everyone to learn from leading experts in their chosen areas. Each office location embraces and promotes Randstad's overall core values while also demonstrating and developing their own individual culture and incentives, from lunchtime pool competitions and Friday night drinks to dining experiences at Michelin star restaurants and weekend get-aways to European hotspots

Cons

Not enough systems training, I have been here just under 6 months and have only been on the induction. Would be great to have training on data base and other systems used.

What a fantastic recruitment process - no nonsense and a fast paced turn around. The first interview was on a Friday, second on Monday, an informal intro to the MD on Tuesday with a job offer on the same day! There are lots of dedicated and very experienced people at Randstad to learn from and bounce ideas around with. The key word is passion here; everyone wants to do well and do well whilst having a good time! I enjoy working with all the different parts of the business, as well as reaching out to some of my international counterparts and colleagues!

It is a very fast paced environment, so get ready to achieve your goals!
