- great marketing support, a lot of materials available, good campaigns; - good brand recognition- able to attract pretty high calibre companies
Cons
- very corporate culture, a lot of unnecessary paper work- constant reporting that nobody ever looked at but had to be done every week; - very poor CRM- data not integrated for both Clients and Candidates, therefore pointless and useless; - competitive atmosphere, a lot of dog-eat-dog people; - poor bonus scheme, very restricted, therefore hardly ever achievable; - low salaries as per market rates.
