Pros

* It has the 360 Degree approach for a consultant, which does not restrict him to a limited exposure in terms of work. * Good and Open work culture

Cons

Quite frequent changes at the process levels, but are stabilizing. Less Employee retention policies.

Pros

Randstad has really been a milestone in my professional career.It has taught me the direct proportion between accepting challenge and converting it into future gain. With every assignment I have been learning a new venue to reach my objective.

Cons

"When there is daylight- there has to be darkness", but when the brightness actually enlightens you, darkness gets faded away.

Completed 5yrs, saw many changes, but always been a place for : Excellent opportunities to learn. Freedom to explore & try new things in the work. Performance is rewarded & highlighted. Fantastic people and lots of social gatherings, events and trainings. Good work-life balance Team feels like family, even closer than family at times . Ability to adapt to changing times and competition with other companies
