No conversations with manager, ever. No feedback, ever. Jobs will dry up for no reason, and a selected few people will get all the jobs, so that they are so overworked they make serious mistakes. When something goes wrong and they get complaints, the manager will send out a 'DO NOT' type email'. The high turnover of staff should make the manager look at the way she treats people, but that will never happen. There is a terrible waste of time and resources as there are so many mistakes made, the documents just go back and forth. Very sloppy work is tolerated from the favored few. Good people leave quickly.
