I felt there was no inter-office bonding (as in other Randstad offices) in your region), and in fact, seemed fairly cut throat. When I was there, people from other offices would have the chance to "steal" your candidates and/or jobs b/c the tracking system was connecting to all offices in the US. There was really no way of controlling that and would get extremely frustrating. While Randstad attempted to make their employees feel valued, I just had a bad experience in my particular office with management turning over multiple times, having no real leadership or guidance, no accountability, etc.

You are only "WORKING FOR THEM" on temp assignments. If this is what you are looking for i woukd say they are ok, not so much for a full time permanent positions. I have worked directly through them hiring and using thier temps, and had many qualified applicant's through them become full time, but when i needed them and the position did not work out, i heard notging more from them on several positions i qualified for, and needed assistance further. Dont upset them, you will be blackballed to gain any response on any needs of your own for employment
