Pros

They have paid lunch and they are at least trying to run a legitimate business to employ the people of Syracuse so they are not standing on street corners asking for change.

Cons

They give you a telephone book sized binder of material to learn on top of notes about the security industry. 3 weeks of pure boredom. The software used it unnecessarily complicated. I did training for 3 out of the total 4 weeks (yes, there is 4 weeks of training to learn all about the security industry going back to the stone ages).

Pros

Rapid Response Monitoring is a very structured and professional business. To be working hand in hand with such a prompt, well-executed business is an honor for our company. Clear communication and positive, helpful attitudes are what are to be expected when dealing with Rapid Response. Highly recommended from one company to another.

Cons

In the process of dealing with this company, there have been no cons that we have run into. With how structured the business is, everything is ran very smooth.

Pros

The benefits were nice and I met some great people there. The trainer was fun to be around and at first the job wasn't bad.

Cons

I didn't like a scheduled lunch, having to ask for bathroom breaks, and the general stress of the job. There were OBVIOUS favorites of the managers and those where favorites benefited from promotions.
