Pros

Rapid Response is a great company, some of the positives include, the ability to grow. I've only been with the company for a short time but you can tell if you are dedicated there is options for you to advance your career. On top of this they promote from within alowing you more opportunities than many other companies. Rapid Response is an ever growing company as they build an addition at this time that will almost double the size of the building. The management team is also very supportive and always there to help. Benefits can not be topped for a company that employees many young adults.

Cons

The rotating schedule with only one weekend off a month. Some of the shifts are tougher than others as this is a 24/7 operation.

Pros

I have enjoyed every moment of working for this company! The atmosphere is unlike any other company I have experienced. Everyone is friendly and eager to lend a helping hand. They promote from within so if you are a hard worker and have a positive attitude, it is easy to excel here. I have been able to move up quickly within the company, even without having any prior experience in the industry. The training you will receive is unbeatable! They understand that everyone has a different learning style and learns at various paces. The Training Department equips you with all the skills you will need and provides one on one attention as you refine those skills. They focus on the quality of your work instead of on meeting set productivity requirements. I always have felt respected and valued while working for this company and am thankful for the great benefits and flexible hours they provide.

Cons

Due to the nature of the business, certain positions require some weekend work.

Pros

-Exceptional employees. Pretty impressive group of people working for this company. -Clean and beautiful facility. -Definite opportunity for resume building if you're interested in moving up and chasing responsibility. -Great job for people who are young and have no families. -Personally enjoyed the work overall. -Through training program.

Cons

-Claims to be a progressive company, but zero interest in retaining employees or working with them outside of the box. -Scheduling is an absolute nightmare. One weekend off a month. -Zero interest in employee work/life balance. -Not family friendly, almost none of your direct mid-level management have families. -Revolving door. -Sitting (or standing) at your desk for literally 7 hrs and 10 mins a day. -Super lame corporate culture. -A ton of berating from disgruntled customers who think you're their alarm company. A lot of beratement from alarm dealers.
