Pros

The actual work can be interesting sometimes

Cons

Everything else - they way underpay and you have to be a good ole boy to get promoted. I had a degree in the job I was applying for but they did not promote me since I had ideas of my own. Training dept is terrible.

Pros

The best part of the job is going in at 7am so you can leave at 3pm and still have time left in the day to get other things done during regular business hours. Ability to pursue specialized certifications or learn Spanish (for the industry).

Cons

Breaks and lunches are so strict that if you are late (even by 60 seconds) you could end up suspended or fired. Employee morale is very low. If a pass is not available you must either wait 10 min to 1 1/2 hours to use the restroom or ask permission which is not always granted. Poor lighting, poor ventilation, less opportunity for advancement then advertised.
