Pros

You can make a lot of money if you don't mind working a lot and it's a simple job anyone xan do.

Cons

Everything else. It's one of the worst jobs I've ever had. There were high hopes at one point but it did not last long.

Pros

- Free food occasionally - Many, many upper-level employees have been working in the company for a long time - Transparency (with interview process, training, pay and expectations) - Work hours are respected (you won't get called to clock in randomly) - Constant work (just the nature of the job) - QA (lets you and the company gauge how you're doing) - Supervisors always available to help - They try to vary the work - You will learn new skills within your position as you improve

Cons

- Your days off will vary every few months - Work weekends - Must meet productivity goals (although they are not very hard to meet) - Job itself can easily lead to burn out, seems to have a high rate of turnover (although I wouldn't necessarily blame the company for this)
