Pros

Decent pay, peers are good people, good benefits, opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Strict work environment - no effort at team or relationship building, tons of middle management who are overzealous because the company rewards them for being that way, promotions require moving to 2nd or 3rd shift, working weekends and evenings, human resources department is incompetent (not the recruiting portion)

Vile

Pros

Nothing "pro" exists within its walls except friends that feel the same way about the terrible company they invest their hardwork, experience and time with.

Cons

Terrible management which has been said over and over. Extremely high turnover. Expected to work in an extremely stressful, disfuncional environment and log into your phone and simultaneously combat hostile, rude people all day. Everyday is the same. Employee's in operations are looked down upon and treated HORRIBLE.

Worked out well

Pros

The starting pay was great. Helped to have prior military experience. They seem to support this pretty well and get you engaged. A whole month of training before released. The training staff is really there to help you out. You can ask them questions all day long they'll stay there to help it was great watching this. I highly recommend heading here if you're in the area, need a full-time job with standard benefits. If you've got a family it's a pretty clear go to to me.

Cons

The cleaners are in the bathroom it feels like every hour. It can be tough to find the right time to go to the bathroom on a break. You can take extra breaks if need but if it becomes a pattern they ask you about it.
