Pros

They have a streamlined training process that is easy to learn and consistently encouraging. Leadership is approachable and the personnel they have selected are compassionate individuals who truly embody professionalism that align with the mission statement. Caring about the protection of life and property. Very considerate of work-life balance with several schedule options. Opportunity for growth in different departments.

Cons

Although it may seem drawn out, the onboarding process is ultimately worthwhile. The nature of working at a call center can feel repetitive but, the workplace is easy to adapt to because of their dedication to hiring compassionate individuals. Keep in mind the company is evolving therefore there can be changes but communication is transparent.
