The job itself is good and the other employees are nice

Cons

Had to stop working there when my long-term partner left me suddenly and I no longer had weekend childcare. Despite being a good employee, they wouldn't even give me time to figure this problem out or create an exception from weekends/mandatory overtime since I was a single mother with young children.
