Zero empathy attendance policy. Management doesn't care if you have a cold or cancer. You are expected to report to work according to your designated schedule.

Opportunities for growth, Generous PTO package maxing out at 300 hours plus wellness time and floating holiday, amazing health insurance, great facility with connection to creek walk making walks on lunch and breaks convenient.

Cons

The entry level position can be considered cyclical but many opportunities for new trainings and promotion opportunities are available.
