Pros

Rapid employes some of the best people to work with and grow with both personally and professionally. I have learned so much about myself; both my strengths and weaknesses during my time with Rapid. I am pushed to be the best I can be at all times and if you work hard and display dedication, it does not go unnoticed. Rapid is a wonderful employer!

Great First Job

Pros

The call center position is a great stepping stone for someone who is looking to get into customer service or sales.

Cons

If you stay too long at the company you may pick up some of their bad habits making it hard to transition to other organizations that aren't run the same authoritarian way.
