Pros

Rapid is a growing company with advancement opportunities. It also gives employees some very nice incentives such as movie tickets, retail gift cards including Amazon and Target, and an annual bonus program for reaching goals. Scheduling is pretty flexible with shift and day off trades.

Cons

It is a large company and you can sometimes feel like you are just a number, but management does their best to avoid this. Working weekends can be challenging, but days off during the week are convenient at times.

Pros

Nothing "pro" exists within its walls except friends that feel the same way about the terrible company they invest their hardwork, experience and time with.

Cons

Terrible management which has been said over and over. Extremely high turnover. Expected to work in an extremely stressful, disfuncional environment and log into your phone and simultaneously combat hostile, rude people all day. Everyday is the same. Employee's in operations are looked down upon and treated HORRIBLE.

Pros

Benefits, good pay, helpful co-workers, some opportunities to move up if you work hard and wait

Cons

Sometimes dealing with stressful/emergency situations - they do give you a lot of training on this though and a supervisor can always help
