Pros

I enjoy my job and the company. The job is rewarding - working with customers and protecting their valuables. The company pays well and offers good benefits - plus I like the fact that they promote from within.

Cons

I can't think of any cons other than the commute I have to make but that is not against the company!

Pros

Growing company with great management. I applied for the control center specialist position knowing little about the company but walking into the interview I was able to quickly sense the high level of professionalism and structure the company possesses. The company offers extensive training in small classroom settings and the trainers are very friendly and helpful. Once you finish the training, shift supervisors sit in the same pods as you which makes it easier to communicate with them because they're never behind doors and always willing to answer your questions. The benefits are good and the management team is very encouraging. Within a few months of working for rapid, my supervisors were asking about my career goals. There is a lot of room for growth and the company only promotes from within. The Corona, Ca office is the newest addition to their Syracuse, NY location and an indication that the company is growing. If you are looking for a company with plenty of leadership and room for advancement then rapid is the best choice for you.

Cons

None at this time. The company is great about setting their expectations during your initial interview so nothing is misleading.
