Pros

-Paid training, okay benefits, incentive programs, casual dress down days, day goes by quickly if you sit next to a friend, schedule planned months in advance.

Cons

-Obvious favoritism, very easy to get sick, cramped due to the construction, poor work morale, poor communication between departments, difficult to switch shifts in case of an emergency.

Seems OK at first, but much like the rest of Syracuse....its a dump

Pros

They have paid lunch and they are at least trying to run a legitimate business to employ the people of Syracuse so they are not standing on street corners asking for change.

Cons

They give you a telephone book sized binder of material to learn on top of notes about the security industry. 3 weeks of pure boredom. The software used it unnecessarily complicated. I did training for 3 out of the total 4 weeks (yes, there is 4 weeks of training to learn all about the security industry going back to the stone ages).

- $14/hr starting pay - Full benefits, 401K, paid training, vacation time, gym membership - Expanding company, serious growth potential - Relatively easy work - Occasional travel

Cons

- Commission is so low that it's essentially negligible - Blatant favoritism and double standards - Working with the accounting department - High turnover for receptionists and assistants. This is the same for all departments, with the sole exception of management.
