Pros

The benefits were nice and I met some great people there. The trainer was fun to be around and at first the job wasn't bad.

Cons

I didn't like a scheduled lunch, having to ask for bathroom breaks, and the general stress of the job. There were OBVIOUS favorites of the managers and those where favorites benefited from promotions.

The training was the best I have ever seen in a workplace. Good co workers. Pay is not too bad either.

Cons

Poor management in the operations department. They make coming to work very depressing. Every time I met with The 2nd shift manager she tried to talk me out of working there. I took the hint and found a new job.

Nothing positive to say about this company.

Cons

This place is a complete joke. Nobody here is actually happy, if they seem to be it's only because they are extremely fake. Only work here if you don't mind being treated like a robot. If you're not perfect you're not good enough. You will never hear any positive feedback from the higher ups and in return be expected to have a positive attitude when every mistake you make is brought to your attention and documented. Dont expect to get a promotion unless you are one of the "favorites."
