Pros

---In contrast to a previous review there are no free snacks or drinks. There is a company kitchen that you MUST pay for at the register. The company kitchen is a great asset

Cons

I wish the food and drinks were free for all of the hard work we do

Pros

I can't in good faith say anything good about this place.

Cons

Well, after a year of working in such an unpleasant environment, I've finally realized what it's like to be a prisoner. The scheduling is horrible. They treat you like dirt on their shoe. They have no respect for their employees and they have such a high turn over right. They suck the life right out of you. I in good faith could not recommend it to anyone. And the managers are pompous and act like their jobs are the best thing ever. You always have to get permission to use the rest room. They treat you like children

Pros

Good pay, good benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc), full 40 hour weeks, PTO and paid vacation (10 days between the two), annual bonuses.

Cons

I'm not trying to bash the company, but I had many problems working here. The management picks and chooses who they like to help. I'd ask for help and get told to "figure it out." My child went in for surgery while I was still employed there, I had doctors notes and I had all of my paid time off to use, but I had to take a few extra days. I ended up getting fired over my child having surgery. I understand they need you there, but I had every bit of documentation that I needed. Also, the hours were horrible. I was on second shift the whole time I was there and requested earlier hours due to wanting more time with my child and I got denied over and over. The breaks were horrible, and you are expected to use the bathrooms strictly on your breaks. And your lunch breaks are scheduled for you, so sometimes you wouldn't get that until 6 hours in to your shift, or worse you'd have to take it 1 hour in to your shift. I personally had such a terrible experience working there and hope no one else has that. They opened the Corona office (which was great) except they had people being supervisors there that were only employed with Rapid for a month. They knew less than I did and were supposed to "point me in the right direction." The QA there is a joke. It's supposed to "help" you, but if you stumble over a word you get a 0 for your call and too many "bad scores" can put you on probation. They glorify certain people but it's not always fairly. Their parking lot is extremely sketchy, my first week working there about 10 cars got broken in to. They only have 1 camera between the 4 parking areas, and there's people walking to their cars all times of the night. There's so many more cons I can say, but I'll leave it there.
