Incredible company

Pros

So many companies talk about culture, vision, work/life balance...I've never been with a company that actually pulls it off in the way that Cox-Enterprises and RapidScale do. Or some companies pull off one of those things but it is to make employees overlook other areas that are not strong - for example, the companies that create incredibly "fun" cultures to compensate for the lack of work/life balance. Vision is crystal clear at RapidScale, culture is well defined and constantly reinforced, work/life balance is actually a thing. Cox-Enterprises does an incredible job of making its many companies and employees feel a part of something larger. I should mention, the recruiting process really set the stage - my recruiter was amazing, empathetic, thorough, skilled, and communicated throughout the entire process.

Cons

I'm sure that there will be challenges but so far, I have not encountered anything but positives.

Terrible Sr. Leadership

-benefits -potential of product portfolio -backed finanical by a large private organization

Cons

-Sr Leadership is enept and arrogant. I've never seen a sales organization fail so hard and yet be so arrogant. It's wild. -Product team is the "can't" or "won't" team. They find ways not to compete. -Sr Sales Leaderhsip either doesn't know the product or yells/berates sellers/employees. They are so bad that the abuse has caused many people to leave. Turn over is well over 75% at this point
