Pros

Hybrid work schedule where you work from the office Tuesday through Thursday but management is very flexible if you need to work from home those days assuming you have a reason. The employees are very friendly and the office is nice with lots of amenities. The pay and benefits are pretty good no complaints there. The office has a great view too.

Cons

This is a COX-business and as such its super corporate. You wont know everyone you work with personally and sometimes people show up and leave and you never knew their name. This isn't inherently a bad thing but sometimes it feels like there is a lot of red tape where there does not need to be any.
