Everyone is very welcoming & willing to help out. Also, leadership is very open to new ideas and are not afraid to challenge current processes in hopes of improvement.

Cons

Due to rapid growth, current processes are not beneficial to further growth. We also have limited staff for the amount of work.

Their offerings in public cloud are extremely relevant in the market. Their A.I. expertise is top tier, driven by the individuals on the team.

Cons

The In-Direct channel operates like a chop shop, with "carve-outs" for specific legacy CSCs that hinder the success of new employees. Sales leadership is focused on 30-day cycles, limiting their ability to support large strategic deals. From acquisition and marketing to pre-sales development and implementation, the organization is not structured to handle complex, high-level opportunities. Instead, it is purpose-built to cater to the 50-250 employee segment.
