      Pros

      camaraderie here is the best I've seen with any company. It is a true team atmosphere where collaboration thrives. Perks also include offsite team building events (Ducks, Angels and Medieval Times), as well as employee incentive programs.

      Cons

      At times the revenue growth of the business has not matched that of the workforce. This is something has improved over the past 12 months.

      Pros

      I've worked for large and small companies and RapidScale is a perfect from from that perspective. The leadership is laser focused on customer satisfaction as well as a positive employee culture (I believe those go hand in hand) and the result is a really great and exciting place to be.

      Cons

      All the cons that come with working for a high energy, successful, dynamic small company. If you want corporate structure, need direction and can't think for yourself, this would not be a good place to be.

      Employees are cooperative, professional and accommodating Management truly cares about their employees The culture promotes team work and fun activities Dress code is casual and relaxed Office environment is open and inviting

      Cons

      At times, communication can become scarce Managements travels quite often, which makes hard sometimes to get approval on tasks We maybe growing too fast, but I am not sure if this is a con or not
