Leadership only Cares about profit. Not People.

Right now, there are none.

Cons

We‘re bleeding cash. Leadership doesn’t care about people, you can tell by the attrition rate. They want to have speed but they don’t put the process in place. Too much change, not enough change management. It’s getting ridiculous.

- Lack of strategic vision from the sales leadership - Lack of support and training on how to sell specific services. Learning on the job about services I have never sold before. - Lots of turnover in the management roles
