Terrible management structure, no procedures or processes to ensure quality of products and services. Everything is done last minute without a vision or plan for success.

Not necessarily a con 1. Early motions make it challenging to communicate internally with different CRM's. 2. It is exciting and every feels like Day 1. Which I love.
