      Not What It Used to Be

      Pros

      Fellow employess are great and always willing to help out. Salary and benefits are comparable to others in the area.

      Cons

      Within IT the new management has a sweat shot mentality. Seventy to ninety hour weeks and having to ask for weekends off is not uncommon and becoming the expectation. Before I left, morale was at the lowest I'd ever seen. Don't waste your time applying here with so many other great companies around in St. Pete and Tampa.

      - Was a wonderful family environment - interesting projects

      Cons

      - New management has sweatshop mentality - Treats employees disrespectfully (screams at them, tells them they are worthless, etc). I witnessed this many times. - low pay
