      - Promote good work life balance - CEO is good

      Cons

      - Heavy use of contractors in Poland and India. - Many teams have a higher number of contractors. - Not a diverse company in tech. - The architecture team left the company. The current team does not do much. - Too many coders with no college degrees and are taught in-house to code. - Promotions do not mean much. They recently did an entire employee title update with no pay bumps. The company will say its not a promotion, but going from Senior Dev to Lead Dev equals promotion; in the real world. In short everyone received a title change with no pay bump.
