Pros

- Great company culture, great for young professionals beginning their careers. - Great management team, I believe in Raymond James' leaders in good times and bad. - Manageable hours, great work-life balance in a hybrid role (3-4x in the office per week). Note that this may differ based on what department you're in). - Very collaborative and lively environment. All senior associates are always happy to offer their guidance and mentorship. The analyst pool is young and very social. - Great opportunities for lateral mobility across the firm.

Cons

- Benefits are nothing to write home about. - Pay has always been a pain point for the firm, but it has done well to adjust to the market over the last two years. - While lateral mobility is a strong point, upward mobility is less so - many of my superiors have been in their position for more than a decade, which leaves few opportunities for growth for the younger, less senior roles.

Pros

Great culture and people. job opportunities are always opening up. Their campus in FL is great! They do listen to employee feedback and are always making improvements. They provide options to work from home!

Cons

Benefits like employer match, trading fees to employees and employer HSA contributions could be better. They do make it hard for qualified individuals to move to different areas of interests if they don't have that "particular experience" even though they have industry experience.. example, compliance experience but if they don't have "AML" experience then a no go and therefore employees are forced to take pay cut If they're interested in new areas of work.. never understood how companies always want you to have experience when they won't let you get it...

Pros

Overhauling technology stack - provides learning opportunities to those with little to no experience on new platforms. - Takes chances. Hybrid work environment. Peer co-workers are committed to delivering excellence.

Cons

Frowns on remote work. Overload on work deliverables. Leadership does not recognize accomplishments.
