Pros

You will learn a lot about everything and then more so the exposure is great. Some business areas have the pleasure to working modified schedule which includes every other Friday off work without using PTO amazing work life balance.

Cons

Overtime is standard here, very demanding and critical of work with no reward. A lot of colleagues transfer or get moved so a lot of movement its hard to keep a solid roster that is accurate POC making daily work assignments challenging when nobody wants to take ownership. Terrible politics get in the way of necessary change and innovation for improvement.
