401k paid holidays, PTO, M-F work week. We are starting to make progress as we move forward.

Cons

No one listens to their employees. We are telling you everything that needs to be fixed yet no one is listening. We need more people and a leader that connects with the people.

Pros

I started at Ready as a temp and was converted to an official employee last year. Coming from the temp job world I have seen a lot different companies. Ready is best so far. The benefits are great and the pay is a as good as other places.

Cons

Some of the departments don't communicate between each other to solve problems. Sales to promises the world to customers and expects the others to deal with it.

Never any down time so it made the days go by a lot faster. I did not ever feel micromanaged. Most people were nice?

Cons

Very unorganized. Management would not follow through with promises (cash incentives, etc.) No room for growth. Would get rid of whole departments, put all of their work on other employees on top of everything else they had to do. set unrealistic standards.
