      Cox Automotive has a gem of a start up company in their family of companies (Kelley Blue Book, Auto Trader, Manheim, vAuto, NextGear, dealermatch) with Ready Auto Transport as THE Transportation solution for the remarketing automotive business - which is a huge market. This company has the benefits of the backing of Cox Enterprises, Inc. in ridiculously inexpensive medical, dental and vision benefits, 6% match 401K, and much more - with the perks of a small, independent start up. Visionary, autonomous leadership who are in touch with their workforce is refreshing and make working at Ready rewarding. The growth of this company make it a jewel in the rough, ready to explode - reaching great new heights. It's exciting times at Ready Auto!

      The rapid growth of this small company will cause growing pains. The leadership team is doing their best to continue to stay in touch with the workforce and adjust as fast as they can to meet the demands of the business. The care and compassion of this leadership team is unmatched. Work-life balance is a way of life here. If you are a work-a-holic, you may not like it.

      If you are the type of person that wants to be recognized by your name and have the opportunity to make the difference, then this is a great environment for you! This is a thriving company that was purchased by Cox Enterprise (who owns Cox Cable, Auto Trader, KBB, Valpak, Manheim, and others) in late 2012. With that purchase came the right level of leadership, excitement, long term vision, great benefits, and a focus on career development. However, given that this company is thriving... every employee counts. With that there is a high level of transparency and accountability which is a Pro for the high energy achievers and a Con for those who are only looking to collect a paycheck.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a rapid speed which does cause for a lot of frequent changes. Not necessarily a bad thing as they are typically positive changes, just that it might be at a frequency that some would be uncomfortable with.
