The sales floor has been in an uproar for the past 8 months due to bad leadership, and as soon as a change was made they used 1 person as a scapegoat. We have more issues than ever. We are a company that transports vehicles but we focus more on becoming a call center.
Sales leadership will have meetings with the sales team and in the same meeting tell us that a.) goals will be going up 10-15% next year and he's not confident in our ability to move cars and perform for our customers. On top of this, i can't believe that the leader of sales would talk badly of people that are no longer with the company. This is not professional, and it begs the question....is this how he thinks of all of us until we are no longer of benefit to him?
Last they just changed all of our titles and can't explain what they really want us to do in our day.
