Pros

Cox has great benefits Some very good people that work hard

Cons

Leaders are amongst the worst I have ever seen. The SVP is a hot head the defined the word disingenuous. The location sucks, why the office is nice, the last SVP that would never show up thought a location near the airport would be great so he could come in for day trips. Since he was an outsider, he did know the reason such a nice building is so cheap is because the broadway curve is the worst traffic in all of Phoenix. Corporate keeps bringing in leaders with no transportation knowledge. Cronyism is the only way to get ahead. SVP chases off or fired very good people to bring in his own people that were being laid off in Atlanta

Too many Chiefs not enough Indians

Pros

Great benefits and mostly friendly co workers. Previously got to work remotely.

Cons

Too many "leaders" who cannot be trusted. Managers who are hired know nothing about what their team actually does. Lots of backdoor deals when new leaders are selected and favorites are told to apply for positions and others are never even told an opportunity is opening up. Veteran employees made to feel like senority means nothing and that you would gladly be replaced with someone who would do your job cheaper. This company has lost all of its personal feel you are mearly a number or as they like to call you a "resource". New CEO gladly tells you to "look for what makes you happy" if you voice a complaint or concern. Many long term employees leaving and going elsewhere ( people that have 5 years or more with the company) maybe they should start looking internally for what is wrong as opposed to speaking badly of those who leave for better opportunities. I loved working for Ready Logistics however in recent years it has turned into a toxic environment where only those that brown nose and drink the "we are so great to employees " koolaid are valued. My advice is if you have your own opinion or have any backbone whatsoever keep moving Ready Logistics/Central Dispatch is NOT for you.

Stop Overworking Employees

Pros

Co workers that weren't in the offices were always extremely nice understanding and open to communication.

Cons

There's a hard push for people to stay longer than their shift to get more work done.
