Pros

Cox knows how to take care of it's employees, I've never had better benefits. As far as the work is concerned it can get overwhelming, but so can any job. If you show up, give an honest effort, and care about work you will do fine.

Cons

Tribalism between teams. When everyone works as a team the entire process is more enjoyable.

If you’re reading a 5 star review about how great upper management is it’s because they wrote it. Upper management walks around making sure everyone knows how important they Are. They knowingly put too much on the managers plate and then it rolls downhill to us even though they know we can’t get it all done.
