Pros

I came from the vendor side of real estate and I always struggled with 2 things: 1. Identifying the top Realtors in my market, and 2. Gaining their business. What Real Producers does is bridge the gap on those two fronts and I can be the creator of that in my market. I love it. I can directly impact my worth year in and year out. I can be as involved or not involved in my business (once it is built) as I want to be and still collect an amazing paycheck.

Cons

It's a grind. You eat what you kill. This is not a position where you can phone it in.
