Pros
I love that this is a company that consistently strives to do the right thing. This company works hard to do the right thing the right way. We haven't always gotten it right, but we have always worked to make it right. If you want to work for a place with integrity, that celebrates ownership, humility, and a hunger to be more every day, this is an awesome place to work. The company stats don't show this, but this is an extremely inclusive company to work for. We have several members of the LGBTQA+ community that work for us, and a few are even in upper management. They really believe in treating everyone with equal respect.
Cons
There are always growing pains, but the insider knowledge I have makes me confident that we are leaving no stone unturned when it comes to making improvements. Already seeing the positive effects of the work we've done -- both on the employee side and how we treat our customers and clients.
