Small business/start-up atmosphere depending on the franchise. RPM's core values are upheld and it really try and stick to them. Business casual dress (depending on the franchise) Opportunity to learn about all aspects of the industry

Cons

Limited growth. You are the middle-man between owners and tenants which means you are the one they will yell out when they are not happy. Thank-less job and you often take work home on nights and weekends. Pay is not great, no benefits
