Low key, very flexible. The CEO is extremely nice and understanding

Cons

Very quiet group. Not much is uttered in the office from 8-5. This was a few years ago, not sure if it has gotten better

Very nice people to work with. Fairly laid back office environment. Pay was okay based on no previous experience in property management.

Cons

Perpetually under staffed. Was expected to do the job of three people with only the time allotted for one. Everything is priority. So as a new employee was difficult to know how to schedule tasks effectively.

Started on the phones then worked with tenants and told I would be given a raise which never happened.
