      - strong tech team and leadership - highly collaborative - majority of work is greenfield - competitive salaries - annual company retreat - 100% remote but still very interactive with team members - have direct impact on the success of Real - unlimited pto

      Cons

      - would be nice to have bi-annual retreats to see the team more - Health benefits are not particularly great but reasonable for a smaller company

      Leadership is focused on agent benefits. Sharran is amazing. Awesome split and several paths for income. .if you have systems down, are clear on contracts and ethics and are a self starter, this platform is worth checking out.

      Cons

      Not for everyone: if you can’t work independently or need a lot of external motivation and support, this platform might not be for you.
